888-301-1197 has been calling every day, three and four times a day, leaving messages on my answering machine, using up space, just calling my name over and over again. It like that don't know what an answering machine is. When I have tried calling back to curse them out, I just keep getting a busy signal. I too am on the national do not call list, my home and cell numbers. if there is a petition to get these people I'd love to know about it. I'll be checking periodically on it.

These people have called me everyday for the last 2 weeks. I have requestd them to stop to no avail. I am on the do not call list and have filed a complaint. First these people do not speak english very well and the only thing I can get out of the call is that they are selling some plan from CVS for discount.

Recv'd call from foreign speaking female stating she was calling from the "pharmacy". After trying to get her to state which pharmacy, she reluctantly said "CVS". Wanted to update database with my name, DOB, etc. I said I do not give out such info by phone. She said she would give me her employee number (yeah-right!). After her refusal to hang up and still trying to get info from me, I had to hang up on her. She has not called back yet. As a law enforcement officer dealing in ID theft, I can only ask you to refrain from furnishing any personal info over the phone. DO NOT DO IT!!

I have gotten calls incessantly, over 5 times a day. If I don't answer they leave harassing messages "Hello? Hello? Angel?" If I answer they are unbelievably rude and blatantly lie and ask for personal information. They claim to be BestNetMeds...when I ask THEM info, they talk so fast and unclear so that I can't understand. One time a woman said "Look, we're trying to help you." She said they'd make a note not to call me...ha! 10 calls later. I guess she lost the note. They are driving me insane. I played along once--never giving out info--and they played right along with me. They are lying freaks.

Ask to speak to a Supervisor and threaten to have your lawyer contact them. That is what has so far stopped the calls. Complaints to the FTC went unanswered. Hope this helps

I have received several calls from this number claiming to be from my mail order pharmacy. The caller has a thick Indian accent and speaks very quickly. The first time she kept trying to get my medical information. When I told her that my pharmacy has this information she kept insisting that I discuss it with her. I hung up on her. I just received the second phone call claiming again to be from my pharmacy and asking what medications I needed refilled. I told them that I did it online and immediately hung up. They had my name and my address.

VFS, Please see my comment below. Make sure yu are on the Do Not call list. File a complaint with the FTC. If they hear from enough of us maybe the government will take some action. These people are from the Philippies and are very pushy. I threathened to Sue them before they stopped calling

I too am getting the same calls. They reluctlantly told me they were from Walgreens. When I contacted Walgreens corporate offices, they said it is illegal for Walgreens or any other American Pharmacy to give out personal information, including phone numbers to anyone because of the HIPPAA laws. I wish I had seen the lawyer comment below before I added a feature to my cell phone to block calls, which I have to pay for. I have filed a police report for harassment and complained to the FCC. The FCC says I didn't have enough evidence, even though I had a call log of 12 phone calls with people who refused to take my name off their list, called me a liar, called after 9pm (a violation of federal laws) and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. YIKES! I hope this ends soon.

Foreign female caller, I believe Filipino. Claimed to be confirming deliery for blood pressure and weight loss medication which I never ordered. My number is only 1 week old due to a move so they obviously got it from some list since they got my last name completely typoed. I told them I never purchased such medication as I have no health conditions for these problems. She had the audacity to call me a liar. Comments from everyone is very helpful.
