WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME, IS THERE ANY WAY TO STOP THIS BULL-SHIT?????

Recieved call from this number telling me they want to refill my prescriptions and will mail them right away. Heavy accent, hard to understand. He would not tell me who he was with. He said CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart etc and is phishing for a reply. I asked him if he is calling from my pharmacy he should know which one it is and he should know whether I need a refill or not. He continues to talk asking questions and I kept asking him who he was with and how did he know I needed a refill. I assume he is after a credit card or bank account number or some other type of fraud. Calls every day sometimes more than once. Would like to put a stop to it. Both my phone numbers are on DNC list. He already knows names address and phone numbers as well as type of meds. Don't know where they get that info unless they have tapped into the pharmacies data base or something.

I get called on either my land line or cell, or both, every weeknight. No matter what I say, they just keep calling. When I ask to be place don do-not-call or ask for speaker's ID or to speak to a manager, they hang up

I cannot stop these phone calls. I have asked to not be called four times and they still are calling. What can I do? They call in the evenings, early mornings and weekend.

I have not received a phone call since I made a complaint. On the website do not call. I made a complaint and entered the phone number. I also complained on the Federal Trade Commission website and finally told them over the phone what I just did. So far so good. It has been nearly 10 days. I hope this is helpful. We all need some peace at home?

same here caller does not stop....First time SHE asked for a person's name, after that is day and night, if you ask her to stop calling, u get more calls that same day. what is the purpose? They are not selling anything????

This number calls 5 to 10 times a day. I have asked them over 6 times to please stop calling and to take me offf call sheet!!!!!

They call me 5 times weekly asking if i want to refill my meds? I have asked to be taken off the call list but know when they call I pretend to be a porn service when i see 888-301-1197 its on.

Calls repeatedly. Asks for a Jan, but when I tell them there is no one by that name here, they ask for my right name, which I won't tell them. they verify the number that they are calling and it is my number. I think this is an online pharmacy that I get spam from every day that I ordered from about 3 months ago and gave this number to because I was traveling.

I keep getting this calls from 888-301-1197 and found that it belongs to this company which is a telemarketer. I am in the National Do not call list and have filed a complaint but that won't do much so I added myself to the Florida DNC list which charges $10 bucks per line (either cell or land line). If they call after my Florida DNC list is active, then I won't have to do much as FL Consumer Services will sue them for more than $10,000 per call. I do hope they call me after that so we can get it on... If any floridian has issues contact
