I just received my 2nd 9.99 call from 877-3-SENDME 877-373-6363 and called T-mobile's customer svc. line and had the 20 removed. The rep.added content blocking which I believe tracks all charges that don't originate from T-Mobile.
I won't see the savings until as I was told next bill will be 20 less. I hope it works & hope you get your situation resolved. I was shocked that after saying fraudulent charges I get a rep on the line. I abhor long convoluted customer svc. menus.
