constant call from Koel s Department Store Have called them about these annoying calls 5 times since 8 am this morning Sunday Went to store and complained about the constant calls on their headquarters phone they said they would stop calling. Today there is a increase number of calls per hour.Is there some way to sue them for this harassment since the first of August.Help Senior Citencin.
